Delete1. Unzip the downloaded file
2. Copy system.zip to sdcard
3. Go to setting > manage apps > All > scroll down to find System Update app and then delete data
4. Power off n your device
5. Go to recovey mode
6. Choose install update from sd card, select system.zip, and enter by hold down power button
7. Wait until process update finish

Make sure your device not rooted and running lollipop s054
